Hi, all!
Welcome to Phin’s new journey. On April 20, 2022, after a few weeks of uncertainty regarding the cause of persistent limping, he was diagnosed with osteosarcoma. This diagnosis came just a few days after his 11th birthday on April 15. While the news was heartbreaking to hear, Phin’s friends and family have offered nothing but support and love. Regardless of his diagnosis he is still just as happy, loving, cuddly, and playful as he always been.
Surgery to amputate his front left leg is scheduled for the morning of Tuesday, May 17. He hasn’t been using the leg much because of the pain, so I am expecting him to adapt to his new tripawd life very well.
